This Privacy Policy explains how Enso Solutions Limited ("Enso", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data through the PulseState website (pulsestate.co.uk) and the PulseState continuous security validation service. Enso Solutions Limited is registered in Jersey (registration number 132424) and acts as the data controller.

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018, together with the equivalent Guernsey legislation where applicable.

What we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Enquiry & demonstration details — your name, work email, company, phone number, role, organisation size, preferred demonstration date and time, and anything you tell us in a message when you submit the "Book a Demonstration" or "Talk to an Expert" forms.
• Usage data — anonymous, aggregated information about how the site is used (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location), collected via analytics.
• Service data — where you become a client, information necessary to deliver the PulseState service under our Terms of Business.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange security demonstrations or proofs of value.
• To provide, operate and improve the PulseState service.
• To meet our legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.
• For our legitimate business interests, including research, operational and statistical analysis, and keeping you informed about relevant services (where you have not objected).

Cookies & analytics

The PulseState website uses Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site. These tools set cookies that collect anonymous, aggregated usage data. Who we share it with

We may share personal data with:

• Technology partners and service providers who help us deliver the site and service — including Pentera (the security validation technology behind PulseState), Mailgun (email delivery of form submissions), Cloudflare (hosting and form handling) and Google (analytics).
• Professional advisers (legal, finance, IT) and subcontractors acting on our behalf.
• Courts, regulators, law enforcement or other authorities where required by law.
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or reorganisation.

Where a third party processes data on our behalf, they are bound by an agreement requiring equivalent security and confidentiality standards.

International transfers

Personal data is primarily stored on subscribed cloud services. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long we keep it

We retain personal data for the duration of our services or business relationship, and thereafter for as long as necessary to meet our legal, regulatory, contractual or statutory obligations.

How we protect it

We apply appropriate, commercially reasonable technical, physical and organisational measures in line with Article 32 of the GDPR.
