These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the PulseState website at pulsestate.co.uk (the "Site"), operated by Enso Solutions Limited ("Enso", "we", "us"), registered in Jersey (registration number 132424). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupt its operation, or use it in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.

PulseState service

Information on the Site about the PulseState continuous security validation service is provided for general information. It does not constitute a contractual offer. Provision of the service is governed by a separate written agreement (our Terms of Business).

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos and the PulseState and Enso brands — are owned by or licensed to Enso and are protected by intellectual property laws. "Pentera" is a trademark of its respective owner. You may not reproduce or reuse content without our prior written permission.

Enquiries and submissions

When you submit a form on the Site, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". While we take care to keep information current and the Site secure, we make no warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enso shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jersey, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jersey.
